The church dedicated to Saint Loup of an unusual height dominates the village. Its baroque bell tower is from the 17th century (listed in the inventory of monuments of France), but the Romanesque nave is older. It dates from the 13th century. A construction is reported around the X century ....
It depended on the Abbey of Joucou, then the collegiate chapter of Saint Paul de Fenouillet.

Thus, on November 28, 2008, the Municipal Council decided to include in the municipal budget the sum of 31 000 euros to carry out this preliminary study, and entrusts it to Mr. Bernard MASSERON architect specialized in classified buildings (see deliberation)
The cost of this restoration has been estimated at € 951,725.50. It is a total restoration (interior and exterior) that can only be realized on several units and with the essential help of local authorities.
